Ozzy was abandoned with his siblings and brought to the Cluj-Napoca public shelter at only six weeks old, where he soon became critically ill with parvovirus. His tiny body fought through the deadly disease and survived, but he then spent months living in a cold, wet kennel, with only brief visits from volunteers to bring him comfort and affection. Despite everything, Ozzy never lost his joyful, curious, and loving spirit. Once he entered our care, he discovered toys, soft blankets, peaceful walks, and the feeling of falling asleep safely inside a home. Today, Ozzy has been happily adopted in Germany, where he is surrounded by love, adventures, and a family who adores him—and he will never again have to wonder whether he is safe or loved.
